WeEducate – 2586 students across 8 countries to get back to learning!

Through WeEducate we provide immediate financial relief to 8 NGOs in 8 countries. With your one-click donation of NZ $8, every NGO receives NZ $1* !

As the world is facing its biggest recession since the Second World War, the economies and governments around us are crumbling. With everyone holding on for survival, we are living in a “Global Learning Crisis” as described Gabriela Cuevas Barron, President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union. Moreover, education NGOs taking in students from kindergarten to high schools to vocational training are being pushed to the bottom of the priority ladder in different countries.

Schools around the world are shut. Children have been forced to stay at home. Teachers are not digitally trained.

To tackle this problem, WeEducate is a crowdfunding initiative to address the problems of 8 NGOs in 8 countries. With a one-click donation of $8, you donate $1* to each of these 8 NGOs.

Our goal is to provide immediate funding relief so that they can continue implementing their ongoing programs and those that were disrupted because of the pandemic.

Feeding Dreams, Cambodia

How can we help this situation?
How can we change the lives of 2500+ students?

We are bringing these repressed stories of the pandemic to your attention. Our goal is to provide these NGOs with immediate funds. For many NGOs, applying for grants takes 3-6 months. We aim to cut that period short and provide them with immediate relief funds in the next 4 weeks. Help us create an impact.

Each NGO receives NZ$ 10,120

We are working with NGOs working across all spectrums of education. From orphanages in Bali to providing global citizenship culture to adolescents facing domestic violence at home in Mexico. From reopening schools in Cambodia to teaching digital entrepreneurship to young women in Nepal to teaching financial literacy to migrant domestic workers in Hong Kong – we aim to cover it all.

This is the best shot at changing the course of 2020 and transitioning into a better year in 2021.

Go ahead, press that button to make the change you want to see in the world

Let’s open that school in Cambodia

Let’s digitally equip women entrepreneurs in Nepal

Let’s make food packages reach migrant children in India

Let’s pay the overdue school fees for orphan students in Indonesia

Let’s sponsor a child’s education in Vietnam

All is not lost yet
